My son Lcpl Michael is aboard the USS Bataan. While away from home, his wife Jessica, gave birth to their daughter Isabella. She was born on June 5 2007 and is beautiful. Both mom and baby are doing great. To all of the parents and grandparents of new babies, congratulations. I can't wait for Mike to get home and I'm sure he is eager to meet his little girl. We recorded the whole pregnancy and birth of the baby so that Mike could be a part of all of it.
We are all so proud of all of the troops and can't wait for their return home. |

| congrats tpabon..while 2/2 was in iraq last year i gave birth to my son my mom and i also did the same thing..congrats again i know he cant wait to see his baby girl here soon |

| Thank you all for the kind words and for this website. We are very proud grandparents and will have tons of fun spoiling Isabella and her 3 year old sister Raven. We can't wait for Mike to come home to his daughters and the rest of us. Thank God for our military men and women, but it will be so nice to have them all home safe. |
